Shipping
We at Coloring offer free shipping all over India.
Orders will be shipped within 10 working days.
As all products are hand-painted and handcrafted, any delay in the shipment is due to the extra time needed to complete multiple orders parallelly.
Exceptions:
You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.
In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.
We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Coloring is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Coloring. We shall endeavour to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Coloring , including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.
Return / Refund / Replacement :
We at Coloring, design everything which is handpainted, handmade and custom made. No product can be 100% identical to what is shown in the pictures as it is purely hand made and every piece will vary from the other. Marginal colour variations or a slight difference in the finishings will not be entertained as the things sourced from the market changes from time to time.
If you are not happy with your product, please email us at gahna_gupta@yahoo.com and we will review it our end.
Major changes like difference in fabric or if you receive a wrong colour product, your product will be replaced and complete money will be refunded and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.
Cancellation :
Please mail us at gahna_gupta@yahoo.com for cancellation request with 2 days(48 hours) of placing an order. As each product is made with hand, we would not be able to help you if we have already started working on your order.
No cancellation applicable for customised products once the order is placed.
Refund for the cancelled order :
If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 12 working days.
Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Our business hours are 11 am to 6 pm Indian Standard Time (IST) Monday through Friday. If you need to contact us outside our business hours please email our customer service department at gahna_gupta@yahoo.com and we will respond as soon as possible.

Coloring is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. Products at Coloring are made to order and each piece is made with care and passion and we make sure that all product pricing is true and correct
Care Instructions
All products at Coloring are hand painted and very often washing of these products is not recommended. Kindly only wash the product when required. Harsh detergent will not be recommended.
Dry cleaning is advisable as it helps the fabric paint to stay for a much longer duration as compared to machine wash.
If the product is damaged or affected in any way on account of improper, reckless use, disregard of care instructions provided, we assume no liability for the damage or any shortcomings in the make or quality of the product.
Measurements/dimensions of products
Measurements/dimensions of the products are approximate only to allow you to understand the approximate size of the product. Therefore, the actual product dimension delivered to you may sometimes slightly vary.
Limitation of Liability
Given the unpredictability of technology and the online environment, Coloring does not warrant that the function or operation of this website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available will be free of viruses or other harmful elements. As a visitor and user of this website, you must assume full responsibility for any costs associated with the servicing of equipment used in connection with the use of our website. As a visitor and a user of this website, you, in effect, agree that your access will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this legal notice and that access is undertaken at your own risk. Coloring shall not be liable for damages of any kind related to your use of or inability to access this website.

In the event a product at www.coloringbygahna.com is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical error, typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, Coloring shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Coloring shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card / debit card / bank account charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Coloring shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the same amount.
